Fresh Green Drink Recipes, Healthy and great for energy!
Serves 2
Prep time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
½ cucumber
½ bunch parsley, washed
2 cups spinach
1 cup baby kale
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1 granny smith apple, chopped
1 carrot, peeled and chopped
½ orange
zest plus the juice from 1 lime
zest plus juice from 1 lemon
1 cup crushed ice
1 cup spring water
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and mix on high until smooth.
Enjoy!
