Hot Spiced Cider
Hot Spiced Cider is a perfect beverage for those cold fall and winter days. It’s sweet, and filled with fragrant spices. Try adding some good-quality spiced rum as well.
Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
8 cups good quality, fresh pressed apple cider
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 sticks of cinnamon
2 tablespoon whole cloves
½ teaspoon allspice
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients in a medium sized sauce pan over low heat, and cook for 10 minutes.
Strain the mixture, and serve in a mug with a cinnamon stick garnish.
Enjoy!
