I came up with this Ginger Vinaigrette recipe today at work for a new salad that I’ve put on the menu. It’s extremely flavorful, refreshing, and goes well with most type of greens and other vegetables. 2 cloves minced garlic Directions Place all of the ingredients minus the oils in a blender on high. Once mixed thoroughly, slowly add the oils until emulsified. Serve and Enjoy!
3 tablespoons fresh chopped ginger
½ cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
½ cup rice wine vinegar
½ cup salad or vegetable oil
½ cup sesame oil
1 tablespoon salt and pepper mixture.
