Cranberry Sauce Recipe
Most people buy cranberry sauce because the thought of making it from scratch is daunting. The truth is, homemade cranberry sauce is very easy to make!
   Serves             6-8   Prep time       20 minutes   Ingredients   1 12-ounce bag fresh cranberries, washed   ½ cup granulated sugar   3 tablespoons organic honey   Zest of 2 oranges   Juice of 2 oranges   ½ teaspoon cinnamon   ½ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper   ½ teaspoon Kosher or sea salt   Directions   Place the washed cranberries into a stainless steel saucepot over medium heat. Add the remaining ingredients, and cook while stirring for 10-12 minutes, or until the cranberries start to pop.   Remove from the heat, and transfer into a decorative glass bowl. Let the mixture cool for 30 minutes.   Serve.
