Thai Peanut Sauce Recipe

This is a great thai peanut sauce recipe for chicken, or any white fish.  It also works on salads, veggies, and rice.

  1. Chef, how about trying my mom’s peanut sauce/satay sauce that uses ground peanut instead of peanut butter? If you are familiar with Malaysian food, these peanut sauce is used to eat with satay and/or ketupat and can also be eaten with gado-gado (Indonesian salad). Peanut Sauce is one of my favorites – this recipe is one of the most unique with coconut milk, red pepper flakes and pineapple juice! This one is a keeper!
